Growing Ducklings

1st June 2017
Sadly this week will be the last week that the ducklings, which were hatched in Lander class, will be at school. They are all growing well, and their voices have broken from little chirps to some positive quacking. The teaching staff, parents and children will all miss them. The children have learnt so much about the process, as well as how much time is spent each day taking care of them. Most of the children in Lander class have been able to take turns in feeding them and handling them. Daisy, Lucky and Fluffy have all grown accustomed to interacting with humans, so luckily, they are going to be homed with Mrs N Roberts mother-in-law, who is looking forward to their company.
